I was grateful to be contacted by a member of your staff working in the evening, soon after I pointed out a mistake in the original order (wrong denim/chore jacket due to be dispatched), who corrected the error and followed up the order.

Bought three pairs of moleskin trousers, having bought four in the past. Still pretty good but the quality of the moleskin is definitely inferior to the previous purchases. Much less soft and comfortable. Still good value but you did ask for comments!

Delivery worked fine and goods excellent but considerable delay in getting my most expensive order of trousers.
