The original goods were delivered on time even though I do not like Evri as a delivery company. Unfortunately the garment was not quite right. The returns procedure was excellent and went smoothly and the repayment to my account was quick and efficient. I ordered other goods a couple of days later which were fine and I experienced the same efficiency. I like Peter Christian.

Order to delivery time quite remarkable. Order was well packaged and of good quality. Looking back to a previous order, I wonder about the quality control by the manufacturers over sizing of trousers - a requested change of size was reflected in the marking on the replacement article but not in the actual size of the garments. My waistline has a mind of its own, but! Corrected locally.
